After that, people started violating content and Google launched DMCA. Google DMCA is for all products from Google and we can complain to any product of Google about copyright infringement. Blogger also launched the automated classification system which detects the spam comments, duplicate content and automatically takes action against that. When someone receives more than 10 DMCA complains on his blog with Blogger then automated classification system deletes his blog. So if you're using Blogger then I recommend you to create your own content and don't copy others because your blog can be deleted.

How To Complain Blogger DMCA about Copied Content?

Now if you're the original content owner then your content is republished then you should complain Blogger DMCA. And make sure the duplicate content is hosted on Blogger. Another thing I want to tell you that don't send false complains and even after that, if you complain the real complaint then they might don't accept it. 

First of all, Go to Blogger DMCA Complaint Form. When you will land there a little long form will appear which you've to fill up and send that. Simply, Follow the below guidelines to fill that form.

1. Contact Information

• Name : Enter your full name here and confirm that you've given the same name on your blog.
• Company Name : Fill the company name here. Simply, you can write the name of your blog.
• Full Legal Name Of The Copyright Holder : It means you've to write the name of that person who is the owner of copyrighted content. If you're the owner then write your full name there.
• Contact Email Address : Enter your email address here and they will send a confirmation email to you and also will tell you the stats about reviewing the complaint.
• Country Residence : Pick up your country here.

2. Your Copyrighted Work

After filling up the contact information. Now you've to give the information about your copyrighted work here. The most important part begins from here because here we'll describe the original and duplicate content. So let's get started.

Where We Can See an Authorized Example Of The Work ?

In this box, you've to give the example of your original work or the URL of your original copyrighted content. You can enter the URLs of your posts which are copied and remember you've to enter one item per line. A little given message indicates that. Now fill up this box and let's enter to next step.

Identify and Describe The Copyrighted Work 

In this box, you've to write a detailed message about your copyrighted work. Give them proof here about your copyrighted content and also tell them that how you reached to the duplicate content. Write a good message here so that you may get accepted that you're the original owner.

Location Of The Allegedly Infringing Material

So finally, here you have to add the URLs of the duplicate content where they can see the duplicate content and take action against them. If you've entered 10 URLs per line in the your copyrighted work box then you also have to enter 10 URLs of duplicate posts here. For adding multiple URLs, use the "Add Additional" field button.

3. Sworn Statements and Signature

After completing the copyrighted work section, now you've to enter into sworn statements and signature fields. There are two sworn which you've to accept and check. Simply, read them what they're saying and if you're agree with him then check both. Below is the signature field, first select the date of signature (Choose current date) and in the bottom, write your full name as a signature. 

4. Sending Complaint

After preparing the whole complaint, now you've to definitely send it in the DMCA. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and there will be "Submit" button with the blue background color. But before submitting, you should recheck the complaint and make sure all fields you've entered are correct.

Now you will receive an email to your email address that thanks for submitting the complaint and they will review it soon. So you've to wait at least two weeks to get your complaint reviewed and they may act upon the review.
